For UK customers, yes - items can be exchanged through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Simply follow the steps in the portal, select Exchange, and choose your preferred size or colour. Once your return is received and approved, your replacement will be sent out. If you would like your exchange sent straightaway, select the Instant Exchange option.
If the item you want is no longer available, you can instead choose a refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method.
For international customers - unfortunately due to complications with duties and taxes calculations we cannot offer exchanges. If a different item is required a new order will have to be placed. We are working on this with our carriers to hopefully offer this soon.
