All products purchased from British Attire carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item is faulty, damaged or defective, please start your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You’ll be able to upload photos, provide details of the issue, and include your order number. Our team will review this and advise the best way to proceed.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty and still within warranty, we will provide a suitable resolution based on when the issue is reported.
If the return is within our standard returns window, a refund to your original payment method may be offered.
Outside of this window, we will typically offer a replacement (if available), an alternative product of similar value, or store credit.
If your order falls outside our standard returns window, please contact us first so we can review the issue and enable the return through our system where needed.
Special circumstance: If the manufacturer is no longer in business, British Attire will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, provide a fair solution. All warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser on record.
